This year, Manson Insurance Group is delighted to announce that following the latest survey, we have now received the 3 star “Exceptional” award. This fantastic result reflects the commitment to both our clients, and our dedication to putting them at the heart of everything we do.
The Jelf Group as a whole maintained its “Outstanding” status for customer service for the second consecutive year.
IIC is an independent assessment organisation which conducts a rigorous benchmarking exercise to determine the quality of our client service and relationships in a number of ways including:

How does our after sales service delight our clients?
How effective are we at engendering loyalty?
